Legal action will be taken against any parties found to be using/copying any of the artwork without approval. Jeangeeny is a registered trademark of Street Vamp. Unauthorised use of the Jeangeeny name/logo is prohibited under trademark legislation.
Where do you sell to? We sell to countries including:Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Austria, Italy, Japan, Canada and USA. Due to the high rate of international credit card fraud, we reserve the right to perform additional checks of orders if deemed necessary.
What's the postage cost? Orders within Australia IS FREE for standard orders, using standard parcel post. International orders incur a flat rate charge of $5 (AUD) for standard orders, using standard airmail. Please email us at info@jeangeeny.com to discuss alternative postage arrangements if they are required.
Please note that Wholesale/bulk orders will incur additional charges so please contact us at info@jeangeeny.com before placing orders for quantities larger than 10 units.
How long will it be until I receive my order? For orders within Australia, allow 5-7 days (2 days for processing, plus another 3 - 5 days for auspost delivery) after you have fully completed your transaction (ie, you have placed your order and have successfully paid for any invoiced postage costs). For international orders, allow between 7 - 15 days after you have fully completed your transaction (ie, you have placed your order and have successfully paid for any invoiced postage costs).
How you can pay Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal's credit card facility. When you finish shopping and proceed to the checkout, you will automatically be taken to PayPal's sercure payment facility to complete your transaction. If you are an Australian customer and wish to organise payment via Direct Debit, please email info@jeangeeny.com before placing your order. Cheque and cash payments will not be accepted.
Items not in stock If an item is out of stock our customer service representatives will notify you immediately. They will advise you of the date that item will be back in-stock. If you are unhappy with this date you will then be given the option of having your payment refunded.
Returning things If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at info@jeangeeny.com - The posting method chosen is such that all orders should arrive safely and intact. Jeangeeny.com will take no responsibility for any mishandling by Australia post or international postage companies. - All items come with care instructions which should be adhered to. Jeangeeny will not not exchange any order that has clearly been damaged by mishandling or lack of care on the part of the buyer. - When exchanging you must post the item(s) in question back to Jeangeeny at your expense. - We will cover the cost of postage for your replacement item(s) to be sent to you. immediately.
